Morning: Itinerary "El pas del temps", "The passage of time", (1st step) Isil-Esterri d’Aneu: Trekking through the heart of the Pyrenees Romanesque, a brand new route which goes through the Pyrenees and crosses the whole Pallars Sobirà from north to south. 1.30 a.m. Popular lunch offered by "Camping Noguera Pallaresa"
7.30 p.m. Kayak polo competition at the Kayaking school

8 p.m. Noguera Pallaresa Open Raft-Spain championship in L’Aigüerola Wildwater course in Sort
Musical show by Kassla Datcha, Quadra, 3 K’ntan 2 skupen, Dj’s Rafa
10.00 p.m. Popular rice-lunch in the Caterina Albert Square in Sort

5 p.m. Noguera Pallaresa White Water Descent for Kids Sort – Montardit de Baix.
7.30 p.m. Kayak polo competition at the Kayaking school

9.30 p.m. Eskimo Roll Competition at Parc del Riuet. One of the best parts of the Rally: Find out who is the quickest roller of 2009. Venue at Parc del Riuet at the swimming pool ready for this event. With the collaboration of the local stores providing river equipment: Descens, Intersport i Saorte.
